Post meeting
- Once the meeting has ended, the user will be able to look through the entire transcript by selecting the Transcript tab on the dashboard
- The Arcadia Ask feature on the right is for the user to search for anything and everything about the meeting. The user can type in a specific query that was discussed during the meeting and the Arcadia Ask can provide answers by getting insights from the transcripts.
- The user can toggle onto the Plugins and download the RFP document. This document provides a structured report under various headings as a complete summary of the discussion in the meeting.
- The user can select insights besides the transcripts tab. This feature enables the user with various KPIs like participant involvement percentage, check-in, and check-out timestamps, and meet metrics like planned duration, spoken duration, spent duration, silent duration, and Extended duration.
